{"id":174,"date":"2021-06-10T18:07:58","date_gmt":"2021-06-10T18:07:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.cga.ct.gov\/bprc\/?p=174"},"modified":"2021-11-01T18:17:14","modified_gmt":"2021-11-01T18:17:14","slug":"community-investment-funds-2030","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.cga.ct.gov\/bprc\/2021\/06\/10\/community-investment-funds-2030\/","title":{"rendered":"Community Investment Funds 2030"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> As Chair of the Black and Puerto Rican Caucus, I was so proud to work with my dynamic colleagues within the caucus to develop the Community Investment Fund 2030, a 10 year\/ $2.5 billion-plus investment in historically underserved and marginalized communities. I\u2019m especially thankful for the solidarity within the BPRC caucus and for the support from leadership. The Fund will provide direct access to capital projects and funding up to $300 million per year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The vision is to invest in infrastructure and programs to make Connecticut\u2019s cities vibrant and healthy communities.
