The minutes from January 1980 to March 1989 have been <a class=\"insideonly\" href=\"http:\/\/eosweb\/eosweb_linked_documents\/2018\/JCLM_Minutes_Index_1980-89.pdf\">indexed<\/a><span class=\"outsideonly\">indexed<\/span>.<br \/>\n&#8211; Office of Legislative Management annual reports from 2000 to the present.<br \/>\n&#8211; Legislative Guides from 1974 to the present, as well as similar publications prior to 1974.<br \/>\n&#8211; <em>Strengthening the Connecticut Legislature: An Eagleton Study and Report<\/em>\u00a0by David Ogle, from 1968 and 1970.<br \/>\n&#8211; <em>Under the Gold Dome: An Insider&#8217;s Look at the Connecticut Legislature<\/em>\u00a0by Judge Robert Satter, 2004 and 2009 editions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2022\u2022\u2022<\/p>\n<p>By statute, the Joint Committee on Legislative Management receives the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cga.ct.gov\/cprc\/documents.asp\">annual reports<\/a> of the State Commission on Capitol Preservation and Restoration. The library&#8217;s collection of these reports covers 2006 to the present.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2022\u2022\u2022<\/p>\n<p>Boards administered by the Joint Committee on Legislative Management include the Behavioral Health Partnership Oversight Council (CGS 17a-22j), the Council on Medical Assistance Program Oversight (CGS 17b-28), and the State Commission on Capitol Preservation and Restoration (CGS 4b-60).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2022\u2022\u2022<\/p>\n<p>The library&#8217;s vertical files contain materials such as newspaper clippings, as well as pre-1994 OLR Reports, on topics relevant to the Joint Committee on Legislative Management&#8217;s work.
