(Hartford, Conn.) \u2013 Connecticut\u2019s 2026 Kid Governor Tessa Hallinan and members of her Cabinet will visit libraries across the state this month as part of the annual Kid Governor\u2019s Library Circuit. They will speak with fellow students, families, teachers, and the public about their platforms, how kids can get involved, their terms in office, and how fifth graders can participate in the Kid Governor\u00ae program. The events are free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 10:00 am<\/span> – South Windsor Public Library Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 12:30 pm – Raymond Library, East Hartford<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n This year, Tessa has been focused on advancing her \u201cEveryone Belongs\u201d platform which addresses inclusion for students with disabilities.
