Over a 20-year career, Nelson has had the privilege of sharing the stage with some of the most iconic musicians from within the world of \u201cLatin music\u201d. At fifteen, he had the\u00a0 opportunity to travel to Cuba, to perform in the Havana International Jazz Festival. Nelson\u2019s vast musical knowledge has allowed him to cross paths with such musical icons as Cheo Feliciano, Ismael Miranda, Tony Vega, Charles Flores, Andy Gonzalez and more\u2026. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Connecticut\u2019s Old State House 2026 Summer Music Series<\/b><\/p>\n<p>EVERY FRIDAY | JUNE 5 \u2013 OCTOBER 2, 2026 | 12:00 \u2013 1:00 pm<\/p>\n<p>Join us for our annual FREE Summer Concert Series! Stop by every Friday at lunchtime to hear a different band play each week on the westside patio of Connecticut\u2019s Old State House. Bring your lunch and enjoy the music!<\/p>\n<p>Concerts begin at noon and will also be live-streamed on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to our friends from the Richard P.
