Connecticut\u2019s Old State House will be open from 12-4 pm with FREE admission, a Spring Market featuring Connecticut-made vendors and crafters, birthday cake made by our Election Cake Bake-Off 2023 winner Amy Hodder<\/b> of Amy Cakes<\/a> in Wallingford, a concert with Jake Kulak and The Modern Vandals <\/a>on our lawn.<\/p>\n To RSVP, click here:\u00a0https:\/\/<\/a>bit.ly\/CTOSHbirthday2024<\/p>\n Parking for $5 is available at the State House Square Garage, located right next door at 55 Market Street.<\/p>\n On May 13, 1796, Connecticut\u2019s Legislature held their first session in their newly-constructed Hartford State House, and it has become the day that we celebrate this important building.
