HARTFORD – Following a successful and informative virtual policy forum, the Connecticut Black and Puerto Rican Caucus (CT BPRC) will be joined by representatives from state agencies for a hybrid policy forum to discuss issues impacting Black and Hispanic people across the state Tuesday, January 16 at 9 a.m., in hearing room 2C of the Legislative Office Building and on Zoom.
