This short program will give supervisors a wonderful overview of the benefits available to them, and their staff, through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). You’ll hear about how the EAP can assist with workplace challenges and what it means to make a formal supervisory referral to the EAP. Supervisors and managers will understand what to expect from the EAP once the referral is made, the parameters of confidentiality, and follow-up actions.
