Molly is the Training and Staff Development Coordinator for the Connecticut General Assembly and has been providing professional learning and development opportunities for legislators and staff since 2013. She loves writing and facilitating training and team development events in such a dynamic and invigorating environment. Even more, Molly enjoys the connections she makes with people in the building who are working hard to apply the principles discussed in training to their work and lives.

Previously, Molly worked as a training and human resources consultant for a Westchester, NY based company called Strategic Training Solutions where she travelled the tri-state area delivering customized training programs for businesses and non-profit organizations of all sizes.

A graduate of the former Marymount College, a small women’s college in Tarrytown, NY, Molly got bitten by the training bug when she began her career in the hospitality business. She worked for several years in human resources at both the Hyatt Regency Greenwich and the Hiltons of Westchester. She has been a member of the national chapter of the Association for Talent Development since 2000 and has been a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) since 2009.  In July of 2020, Molly completed studies with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and became a Certified Professional Coach.  She most enjoys helping people realize their full potential.

A West Hartford resident and mom of two amazing girls, Molly and her family work daily to practice many of the communication and personal development skills she speaks of in training. It’s an ongoing learning process for all of them… and she enjoys every minute of it!
