Public Act 22-82 added training and education related to domestic violence as a requirement for each state agency. The Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO) has put together a thoughtful training video with this important information. This one-hour educational video includes the definition of domestic violence, the signs of domestic violence, how it impacts the workplace, and what legal protections there are for those affected by it.

This is a mandatory training for all staff members. It is a one-time requirement.
