Confidently Worded: A Collection of Confidence Hacks that Inspire Growth

What you tell yourself matters. Our confidence levels have a direct correlation to the words we choose to use. When we use words that relay optimism, ability, and strength, it is likely that we feel and act more confidently.

Sometimes we use words that don’t communicate confidence because we are using them out of habit instead of conscious choice. When we raise our awareness around our habits, we can make more informed decisions about the direction of our energy.

This workshop sets aside time for participants to get curious and look at the words we choose to use as an act of building confidence. Together we examine our mindsets, create a new word bank from which to draw, and practice actively deescalating the negative stories we tend to tell ourselves when we are trigged.

For years L&D has sprinkled lessons of confidence in various classes. Confidently Worded pulls together all those small hacks and adds a few more.
