Participants will gather in-person to watch a one-hour SkillPath video that summarizes multiple success strategies for individuals who want to learn how to transition from staff to supervisor. Topics will include earning trust, managing priorities, delegating, creating an environment of meaningful accountability, and resolving conflict.

Upon the conclusion of the video, highlights, ah-ha moments, and reflections will be shared. Insight and practical tips form HR will be shared and recommendations for more exploratory training will be suggested.

This class is for non-supervisors looking to explore their options and for current supervisors with under two years of experience.
