The relationship that you have with your supervisor is an important one. Whether you have worked with them for six months or six years, taking a step back to consider how aligned you are is an important exercise. This workshop is for staff members who want to get the most out of building the connection they have with their supervisor and contributing to their workplace in a meaningful way. Participants will use their personal experience and power of observation to reflect and create a plan to move forward productively.

While not required, participants will find it helpful to have taken Enhancing Communication with DiSC prior to taking Managing Up. If you have not taken it before, DiSC is being offered the week prior to Managing Up. Please enroll by the deadline if you are able.
