The 360° Feedback Assessment tool is a powerful measure of feedback that comes directly from people in your immediate work circle. CGA employees who have been in their position for over one year may choose to participate in the process to receive a well-rounded evaluation of their performance and leadership skills by their boss, peers, customers and/or direct reports.

 

After meeting with the Training & Staff Development Coordinator, the employee will ask a variety of individuals to participate. Those participants will then complete an anonymous on-line survey evaluating the employee’s strengths and development needs as they relate to everything from communication skills and teamwork to job knowledge and initiative.

 

Once the 360° Feedback Assessment is complete, the employee will receive the anonymous assessment results and work with the Training & Staff Development Coordinator to create an individual development plan for continued future success.

 

Please Note:

  • The full process of the 360° Feedback Assessment may take up to one month.
  • A 360° Feedback Assessment is one of the requirements of The Genius of Connecticut Certificate for Leadership Mastery.
  • In order to participate, individuals must be CGA employees for a minimum of one year.
