This training will provide an overview of mental health as well as practical strategies for providing high-quality customer service and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. The training will include discussions and opportunities to ask questions about interactions with constituents. Also included will be safety measures when interacting with challenging individuals, and how to best utilize the State Capitol Police Department when needed.
