If you are working toward a certificate, please choose one class that you either really enjoyed or truly want to work at practicing; then hold a conversation with your supervisor about it. The idea is to have a conversation about how you are going to apply the concepts discussed in training. It may be as formal or as informal as you determine. Have fun with it! The attached Participant and Supervisor Guides will help you navigate the discussion.
