Participants will explore ways to practice self-care during times of change and learn strategies for creating habits of resilience. Building mental and emotional reserves of energy to utilize during times of transition will also be discussed.
Participants will:
- Identify the Four Dimensions of Resilience and define what resilience means to them.
- Utilize a Self-Care Wheel to determine which areas of resilience they wish to strengthen.
- Discuss the difference between “micro” and “macro” practices of self-care.
- Create a self-care plan which incorporates realistic action steps in supporting personal resilience.
