This session will explore how to effectively establish and promote accountability as part of an organization’s culture. Participants will have a focused discussion on the meaning of accountability and how best to hold themselves, along with members of their team, to account. Each person will be encouraged to identify 1-2 specific strategies to assist them in reinforcing accountability as well as what to do when individuals are not following through on their commitments.
