Have you ever taken a class that altered the way you see everything? If not, this is the one!
The DiSC Profile is a behavior assessment tool based on the theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston. The profile we debrief in this training sheds light on the dynamics that influence communication and positive relationships. Together, we quickly learn that the foundation of success lies in understanding yourself, understanding others, and realizing the impact of your behavior on others. Marston’s theory centers on four different personality traits: Dominance, influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness.
This program is designed to help you:
- Understand your DiSC behavioral style and how it affects others
- Examine your reactions to other behavioral styles
- Maximize your strengths
- Develop and sustain a positive attitude about yourself and others
- Adapt your behavior to create positive outcomes
Please Note: Electronic profiles will be sent to participants to complete and review prior to the in-person class. Please enroll no later than 06/27/2025 to participate. Profiles will be issued only to those who have never taken DiSC before. Those who have a profile they have completed from a prior class are welcome to rejoin using that profile. Please indicate via email if that is something you choose to do.
