This workshop explores the idea of our offices as a culture that we create. Together we examine the observable signs of our culture and discuss ways to accentuate the positive. From there, we discuss the many definitions and implications that the word accountability may have. Likewise, we will learn how to take proactive steps to move from “blamestorming to brainstorming” through positive phrasing and a new model of accountability. Join us for this workshop and help drive a positive change in our workplace.
During this workshop, we will:
- Define organizational culture and discover the influence each one of us has creating it.
- Identify both the positive and negative connotations to the term accountability and the role they play in our organizational culture.
- Identify and practice four steps to creating a culture of positive accountability.
