Reading of “The Declaration of Independence”

Stop by Connecticut’s Old State House in the heart of Hartford on Friday, July 3 to hear the reading of “The Declaration of Independence” by Lt. Governor Susan Bysiewicz, Secretary of State Stephanie Thomas, Mayor Arunan Arulampalam, Senator Matt Lesser, Senator MD Rahman, Representative Kai Belton, Representative Eleni Kavros DeGraw, and Representative Dominique Johnson.
State leaders will also share brief remarks celebrating America’s 250th anniversary, highlighting Connecticut’s contributions during the American Revolution, and thoughts on the future of our nation.
