On Exhibit through November 11th: “Running for Office: Candidates, Campaigns, and Cartoons of Clifford Berryman.”
This unique exhibit features a series of pen & ink drawings to highlight the timeless aspects of US campaigns and election processes. Running for Office was created by the National Archives with the support of the Foundation for the National Archives and organized for travel by Humanities Texas, a state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.

Enjoy live music and socialize with your fellow educators! Families are welcome, too! A special area inside Connecticut’s Old State House is reserved for educators to enjoy refreshments, play games, network, and hang out! At 5:30 pm, we’ll have a behind-the-scenes tour of this National Landmark. Bands for these select Thursdays include 9/21-Third World and The Legendary Wailers, and 9/28 – Pigeons Playing Ping Pong. Show your school ID at our Welcome Tent near the stairs by the East Side entrance to the Old State House.
